Another late addition to the
herd last fall is Burn Notice aka Burnie. Burnie is out of a
lovely first freshener in the Platte Valley herd and sired by a Quong
son out of our own Gabby. This is a growthy, powerhouse kid with
tremendous strength and depth of body. She excels in width of chest,
body capacity and smoothness of blending. We really love this big
powerful kid and her color definitely adds to her personality!
Burnie turned into a powerful, correct yearling
that stood 4X 1st junior yearling at the Mid MN Classic this spring. She
stands on outstanding feet and legs and just oozes general appearance
and dairy strength. We are excited to see her fresh this coming winter.
Her sired appraised 88 in his first appraisal in the Platte Valley herd.
