We were thrilled to be able to add another Party Girl
daughter to our herd this spring. Carnival joins big sister, Mardi Gras
and we are extremely pleased with both of them. Carnival is a very dainty,
correct doe excelling in dairy character and general appearance. She
stands on extremely correct feet and legs and show tremendous width in her
escutcheon and across the chest floor. While she still lacks in body
capacity we feel that will come with maturity. We have long admired both Party Girl both as a yearling and after she freshened as a 2 year old. She is a very long, level doe with a very correct mammary. Her dam, Confetti, is a another extremely striking, very level doe with an outstanding mammary. On the sire's side, Carnival is sired by Little Orchard C Justice who goes back on his dam's side to the tremendous Charm line in the Little Orchard herd and on the sire's side to the beautiful Evian doe from the Kastdemur herd and Cate from South-Fork. How can this little beauty miss? Carnival was 2X 3rd in very limited showing early this summer. She will be shown again at the fall shows and will be a dry yearling for 2012. This is a doe to watch for next year! |
