Festival is another doe that is very similar to
Tansy. She is showy and striking and correct although she has a little
less depth of body than does Tansy. Festival is very dairy, has a very
level topline and stands on extremely correct feet and legs. She shows a
great deal of width in her escutcheon and we can't wait to see the
lovely udder she should be capable of filling that with. Festival is the youngest of 3 daughters of Party Girl in our herd. Party Girl excels in mammary...she has just a striking, extremely beautiful mammary being high and wide in the rear, long and smooth in the fore and having all kinds of area of attachment and capacity. We are thrilled to have this group of young daughters in our herd and can't wait to see them in milk. Festival was 1X 1st and 4X 2nd (to Tansy) this summer. She will be a dry yearling in 2013. |
