| We were so excited when
we were able to bring another Satin daughter into our herd. I love her
full sister so much and Lacey is so very much like her. Satin has
been one of my all-time favorite does in the South-Fork herd for many
years and we feel very fortunate to have full sisters out of her. Lacey was a tiny baby when she was born but she really took off over the winter months. She is a very correct little girl especially in general appearance. She is very level over her topline and blends smoothly in her neck and shoulders. She is very deep and wide in her chest floor and stands on extremely correct feet and legs. Lacey also excels in width of escutcheon. I don't feel Lacey will ever be a large doe. Lacey was left open this year and really packed on the pounds so she was not shown as a dry yearling. She sustained a serious injury just after breeding so we are in a "wait and see" mode with her hoping that she recovers. Lacey is bred to Eldridge for December kids. No kids available at this time, |
