We have long admired Confetti in the South-Fork herd
and after adding Mardi Gras last year (a Confetti granddaughter) we were
thrilled when Shimmer became available. Thank you, Marilou, for entrusting
her to us. Shimmer excels in general appearance and dairy character.She is very tall at the withers with a long, graceful dairy neck. She is also very level over the topline and stands on outstanding feet and legs. She also excels in escutcheon width and after seeing her dam's beautiful udder all these years we can't wait to see Shimmer's udder. Confetti is a very stylish, showy doe with a tremendously level topline and a gorgeous mammary system. Shimmer's maternal sister, Party Girl, exhibits the same wonderful attributes and we are excited about Shimmer's future. In addition to her lovely conformation, she has these adorable elf ears and this wonderfully curious personality. She was 1X 1st place peewee doe and RGCH at the CVDGA show in 6/11. She finished out the fall show season going 1X 1st and 1X 2nd. Shimmer will be held dry for 2012. This is a doe to watch out for in the future. |
