Shimmer was an unplanned
purchase this summer. We made the long trip down to Jill's to pick up 3
mature does and she offered us a pair of yearling first fresheners from
a sale that fell through. Shimmer has an amazing pedigree. Sired by
J-Haven's Seventy Times Seven who has a very nice group of milking
daughters including both Moose and Vaeda that joined our herd this
summer.
Shimmer's granddam is CH J-Haven's MD Livin'Joyous who was the 2022
National Reserve Grand Champion.
Shimmer is extremely immature.
She is a leggy doe that will most likely grow into a big, powerful doe
as she matures. Right now, Shimmer needs more body capacity, levelness
over topline and a higher rear udder attachment. She is a wait and see
doe at this point in time but she has the potential to be a powerful
addition to the herd.

Renegade for April kids.
