Sometimes it's just meant to be....I happened to open my Facebook page this week and low and behold, Max was listed as for sale. While we hadn't planned to add any bucks to our lineup, we could NOT pass up this amazing buck.

Max has made quite a new for himself siring some outstanding animals in the Mint*Leaf herd before he moved on to new pastures. Since then he has left his outstanding genetics in several herds across the country.  Max is out of CH Mint*Leaf S Madeline, the 1st place 3 year old at the 2016 National Show. Max is the sire of Mint*Leaf Eye Candy, 1st/1st udder Milking yearling, 2021 Nationals; Mint*Leaf Emanuelle, 2nd Dry yearling, 2021 Nationals and Mint*Leaf Bold & Beautiful, just to name a few.

Max continues to be my favorite buck in the farm. He is our only senior herdsire this year so we are counting on him. We made some serious cuts to our buck lineup and kept only Max and yearling Quake as well as a group of well bred 2025 kids.

Max produced several stunning daughters this year. They are all extremely uniform in general appearance, body capacity and feet and legs. We really look foward to using Max a LOT this fall. Max injured a shoulder so was not appraised. It has not seemed to affect his mobility as it has healed but he may not ever be appraised in the future.

Max will be used on Gypsy, Hooligan, Moose, Paladin, Stardust, MaiTai, and Rone (repeat breeding).
