We are so thrilled to finally
have a Fast N Furious son in the herd. A son of our lovely Grey, Fast N
Furious has done some amazing things in the Shady Lawn herd. As I look
at photos of Fast N Furious I cannot believe how much he looks like his
maternal sister, Gypsy.
Woodstock's dam is the lovely Fifth Avenue doe who shows tremendous body
capacity and style. Unfortunately Fifth Avenue contracted gangrene
mastitis this past spring losing her udder. She really looked amazing
this lactation but will still be a valuable brood doe.
Woodstock excels in dairy strength and body capacity. He closely
resembles both Fast N Furious and Blazes. Over the past year, Woodstock
has continued to develop tremendous body capacity and power. He stands
on very correct feet and legs and has tremendous width of chest and
escutcheon. We only had one Woodstock daughter born this year but she
shows improvement in body capacity and strength over her dam.
We will be using Woodstock on several of our most promising young does
this fall.
